You might consider cutting out gluten and dairy. It’s difficult, but you don’t need to become a vegan altogether.
Fasting and low sugars is a game changer. 2x my productivity.
Intermittent fasting, iifymb
I started a plant based diet back in March, & it has definitely given me more energy. I eat one meal a day, & the plants I eat or whatever plant based meal I consume usually sustains me for a majority of the day.
Try doing keto for a month and see if it works for you. For me, controlling blood sugar / insulin helps a lot in focusing.
check out the blood type diet. a lot of people think it is BS, but I made adjustments using that as a guide and feel better when I follow it.

I went vegan a few years back and saw a pretty big change in my energy levels - but only when I was an intentional “healthy” vegan. Being a junk food vegan is easy but does not come with the same benefits - so you end up doing more food prep/planning. Wish I had kept it up but live in a place where veganism is not popular and convenience won over for me.
Fasting (even intermittent) helps a lot with energy levels. I always feel fatigue and have no energy so I delay eating until lunchtime and I’m super productive in the morning
Depends, what does your diet look like now?
Going vegan absolutely helped my energy levels. I also dropped the excess weight (only about 10 lbs so wasn’t really overweight to begin with) and my skin cleared up completely after 20 years of acne. I’ve now been vegan for six years. I eat a lot of protein (about 25% calories from protein) and a lot of fruit, veg, whole grains and nuts. Gallon of water a day, zero caffeine, very little alcohol. I’m 37 and have more energy than I did in my 20’s.
D1: mostly whole grains, tofu, tempeh, legumes, high protein almond milk yogurt, the occasional fake meat, and I do a scoop of protein powder and one protein bar per day. Sometimes a Koia protein shake which uses pea protein. I wouldn’t need the powder/bars/shakes if I was just going for the recommended daily value, but I eat at least a gram of protein per pound of body weight for muscle growth.
Okay, all you vegans, who is in it for the animals? Which would be the reason I want to go Vegan but not sure I buy it for the pure health.
I’m 100% in it for the animals. The health benefits are a bonus.
Not healthy but Red Bull helps 😂
cutting out gluten helped me!
