Role - Manager
Current CTC - 49LPA (Onsite salary)
Capgemini - 32LPA with C2 band
Arete - HR discussion pending (I was really happy with people how they dealt with interview process)
Quest - 33LPA

Lol im in CRE sales and it's tough. But if u get in now i actually think u will be positioning urself for a powerful boom once the dust settles. We're in the pits now, but RE is boom & bust industry. Once big players figure out how to repurpose retail, begin hotel & Multifamily conversion -> affordable housing things will get rosy real quick. A couple years tops i think. Esp with money this cheap...
Best time to start is right at the bottom. Most of the competition will be blown out of the industry. Like a real estate broker that started in 2009 rode the wave all the way up. Like buying after the 35% drop in the market.
What firm? That's seems low for a Manager. I'm making 115k as an Associate.
I agree it’s low but i think that’s mostly because i only have 4 yoe and this is the only job I’ve held post college. So it’s all from internal raises/promos
CRE might be one of the worst possible industries to get into post-COVID. No one knows if it will ever be at the level it was before given everything that’s happened. Expect a lot less office space and a lot more WFH/remote
