What’s the general base salary for a Sr. Programmatic trader(>3 YOE) in a city like Chicago? I’m talking to trade desk in particular about this role. They mentioned they have a 70/30 comp split and commission is uncapped. Also, can somebody explain me how these commissions are distributed. Guys, just started to work as TPM at Nokia (contract position) thinking about to passing some certification, like Google PM or something else, my question, will it worth it and help with finding a new job with higher rate ?

My husband is wanting to transition from the construction industry to tech. He’s an extremely successful PM but the work life balance in construction is almost nonexistent. Now within weeks of joining, company says Govt has mandated work from office so all need to report by October..is this true from govt side?.. Now accounting for Bangalore rent and costs the savings will be lesser than previous , without even accounting for this year, where my family has to still rent in Chennai..Shall i start looking again to fix this dumb mistake

I'm currently serving notice period and had taken some sick leaves. Now the supervisor has escalated this to HR on the grounds productivity loss and all. HR is saying the LWD will be extended to compensate those sick leaves and asked me to check with my supervisor as they can't do anything.
Both the supervisor and the HR are intending to extend my LWD.
