I am a Product Owner with 6 yoe and a mother of newly born. My current package is 12lpa and average 11-12 hrs working with work from office for 7-8 hrs, remaining calls/work from home. In such scenario taking care of the baby has become very challenging.
I have been considering job switch for a while but have lots of doubt in my mind. Will a new mother be hired? Working 12 hrs will only ensure good package? If i insist on work life balance, will it affect the package? Thoughts plz

Hi there! Anyone tried to wean a baby off thumb sucking before 1 y.o.? She only does it in her crib and I would have no problem with it if she didn't have constant eczema on her hands from sucking. I give her pacis instead but she spits them out quickly and doesn't bother looking for them bc her thumb is right there. Any advice?

Really burning out from everything. I’m back after maternity leave and my full time schedule just kicked in. Baby girl just turned 5 months and is at home with family. Oldest in preschool. This is just to rant lol. I love my mother in law but in small spread out doses. My husband wants her to come and stay with us for six months. She can be so extra, she complains when I don’t immediately respond to her Goodmorning WhatsApp messages, we are in different time zones for crying out loud. Now imagine that for six months!!

Hello! I am a mom of 3 kids: 17,13, and 7. So I’ve got one in high school, middle, and elementary. Lol! This is my 18th year teaching, with most years in M.S. but last 4 in Elementary.
