Oliver Wyman vs Strategy&?
If you're happy to stay in consulting then you can move into any part of the pharma value chain. Example projects I have seen: R&D (e.g. clinical trial design, portfolio strategy, due diligence on acquisitions), supply chain/ops (e.g. optimising yield for a manufacturing process, network strategy), quality/CMC (e.g. op model design), regulatory (e.g. regulatory market entry strategy) marketing (e.g. personalised targeting).
However if you want to actually work in pharma organisations, then staying in consulting limits the roles you'll be likely to get, as they often want technical experience in-role. E.g. you're very unlikely to get a VP role in CMC, R&D, or even supply chain straight from consulting. Instead you're more likely to end up in commercial / portfolio type exits.
