I would say do what feels right to you, I regret accepting my first job somewhat because I did so out of the sense that I couldn't be graduating without a job already lined up, honestly I probably would have made a better choice if I had been willing to wait a little bit it's not the worst thing in the world to have a tiny gap between graduation and employment if you can afford it otherwise

About 2 years, to be clear my situation wasn't universal and there were benefits to accepting the job, I stayed as long as I did because the job market stalled due to covid but right now I would say you are very justified in holding out for something reasonable that you want.
