I studied in the office a lot at pre-pandemic. Usually worked 60-80 hours a week and studied for the CFA on top of that. The partners knew and it made them view me in a more positive light.

Agreed, D2. Doing this will likely garner a lot more respect that folks (leaders) will have for you. IMHO, I’d try to make it look like you’re doing billable / PRD work.
