Getting updates that they are waiting for global team approval which is stuck due market conditions i believe. Got an offer for Electronic Arts (EA) Manager for North America (Canada) remote for 100k base CAD, 15 percent bonus and around low 40ks RSU (assuming it's USD). How much higher can the base be in Canada for EA for a Manager role? Base seems low even at 110 CAD. It's a corporate role so not anything technical or product related. Most or all the more senior managers are in the USA. Electronic Arts (EA)

With 15 yoe, very likely underpaid.
I’m making 104k with 3 YOE in TX! You are definitely underpaid.
Share more details on your industry, tech tools, and role. Your salary could not be way off base if you live in some very low cost area. But I'd say $90k is more fair.
If you were able to get in with some prolific public company, up to $200k or more is possible.
Depends on what you know and how well you market yourself / interview.
I'm from Tulsa OK for cost of living comparison sake. 5 years project experience in oil and gas. Working as a project engineer. 135K.
I’d say yes. Look up salaries for your company on Glassdoor. I manage a technical team in Canada and I’d definitely be paying you more if you have 15 years experience.
Consider the area you're based in, whether its high, medium, or low cost of living, and factor that in, but Id agree - for a technical engineering role with 15yoe, $74k sounds generally lower than what Id expect to see.
Yes, 14 year MSP veteran here. (No more) All of them severely underpay. My advice is look for another job outside the MSP realm. You should be closer to 100k with 15 years experience
