I have over 10 years experience and get PPV. Every visit I am paid $40 and my salary has been around $60k per year for the past 3 years. Also, is it common to get a yearly raise in the Home health industry? Any insight would be appreciated.",

I worked HH in Texas pay was 70-75$ per visit 80-85$ per eval but I worked contract to have more flexibility. Maybe check out a few other agencies because your rate seems a bit low.
I worked HH in Ohio as a PTA PRN for 3 years. 50 a visit, I picked my service area and I was paid .43 cents per mile. I have 15 years of experience in the field across multiple clinic settings. I never got a raise but I only did it per diem so I was never that concerned.
