That's an excellent question -- here's another approach that can hopefully give you a different point of view: Look at your internal ATS/Candidate tracking system, LinkedIn, referrals from your past hires, using your hiring manager's network, sourcing jams. There are tons of platforms out there, and you don't need to get fancy to have effective sourcing outcomes. Using what you already have/know are all different avenues of sourcing :)

(Pro tip: During your new job search/interviews, use a data driven approach when responding to questions. Find out your pass-through-rates, find out your time-to-fill, find out your diversity numbers, etc. etc....)
i only do tax and audit sourcing of experienced hires. looking for general ideas of where to start learning how to source and what is common, especially for tech recruiting
