I used to be a top performer before rona but have been so unmotivated for the last year of WFH and my performance is tanking because of it. I know some people love this life but I absolutely hate it; I chose audit because I enjoy being onsite at clients and thrive on the team camaraderie of audit rooms. A previous employer reached out and offered me a Senior Product Designer role with a 40% increase base salary. I am considering this, as I have been feeling under utilized at my current role + dealing with of uncertainty lately. But I would be forfeiting a lot of RSUs if I leave. I am in the middle of my vesting period (2/4 yrs), and this year alone would have 256 shares vesting (~$500 share price). The new role will come with shares, but at a small share price. Hi Moms, just had baby #2 and we want to upgrade our family car from Toyota Rav4 to a 3-row luxury SUV that's nice looking inside and outside, reliable and has decent cargo space too. My husband doesn't like the exterior of Grand Wagoner. We are considering the Grand Cherokee, Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator. But I have read terrible reviews about Escalade. My 6mo baby started daycare 3 weeks ago. We raised concerns about the frequency of feedings during the day (she was going for 5 hours without getting a bottle). The teachers assured us that would not happen again. Today I noticed she’s went for 5 hours without being fed. I cried so much and I just can’t sit here and eat knowing she’s not eating.
