Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. I need a job that’s flexible for the kids but pays >$44/hr. Maybe remote or hybrid? Please help w/ suggestions.

Hi there, OP! I saw a job opening for a clinical specialist on Indeed. It's 100% remote. HealthFirst is the company name. I am just going to leave the link gere so you could check for yourself. https://www.indeed.com/m/viewjob?jk=07b909e46bf936e5&from=serp

Thank youuuuuu!! Let me check it out☺️

I know there is a big need for writers in the healthcare industry. Maybe you can combine your knowledge in healthcare and become a writer and combine it with home health.

You know what, I just saw an ad on FB & heard about this role for the first time last week! I need to research it. Thank you!

There was a need for online healthcare consultants in one of the newspapers I read. Just can't really remember the date of the issue. You can for a VA role if you really need to stay with your kids. It may not be as high as $44/hour but you can have at least a $35 within the comfort of your home and within the presence of your kids. You can always go back to your profession once they get a little bit older.

Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. I am thinking of possibly pivoting into an IT job that would be fully remote later on down the road, but I’m interested in seeing what is possible now (and an average pay) for someone with my experience.
