There’s more realtors than listings. Being successful in real estate is largely around leveraging your network and grinding out the first 1 to 3 years to get some wins under your belt and learn the business. Most agents won’t sell a single listing in their first year. You have to be in it for the long run to be successful.
You can get a RE license and work part time in RE and keep you RN job for now. Get your license first. Be a part time RE agent first. I agree with PM1. It will take a few year to build your business, network, and brand.
