Check out goinhouse.com interview guide. Read lawyer whisperer blog. Sterling Milker's Ten Things blog is helpful (but voluminous). ACC has guides on the web too that are free to non subscribers. Talk about partnering closely with the business and a desire to see more projects fully though to implementation, not just providing advice or doing deals and walking away. GL! You got this!

Thank you so much!!

I was laid off from a resource management role, working with employees approaching or on the bench, working with managers to staff projects, and support functions like report creation, scheduling, etc. Roles like this are few and many large consulting firms have frozen internal hiring. Do you think it would be beneficial to get a SHRM cert? Would that help get a "talent related" HR role? Worth the money? I have a background in recruitment as well.

Apart from mastering SQL, I wanted to know from people working at Google what does it take to get there as a Data Scientist? (I'm very interested in Strategy Ops) I plan to another 6-8 months in preparation and upskilling myself before I even apply. Any help and guidance is appreciated! Thanks :)
