I'm a Senior Account Executive, but my tasks lately make me feel like I've taken on a smaller role. At any of your agencies what are your SAEs responsible for? I want to make sure I'm progressing in my career.

USC Bovard College reached out to me recruiting for their MS in HR. I never thought about going back to school post-undergrad, but the curriculum looks very relevant to my day-to-day client work, doesn’t require a GMAT, and it’s entirely online. Would it be a waste to pursue an opportunity like this just for the learning? Has anyone either gotten this degree or another MS in HR? Curious how you feel it’s benefited you in HR consulting

Hey all! I recently found out that due to a company restructure my position has been eliminated. I have had no luck with any other internal positions and so far no luck with any external positions. I am a healthcare administration professional with 6+ years of management experience and over 25 years of pharmacy and healthcare experience. Any advice on how to land another job or is it just so competitive right now that I’m having no luck?

Currently 6 years at job A at 100K and 10K annual bonus but lil to no upward mobility. It's safe if not going anywhere.

Recruiter reached out regarding Job B at 130K with greater advancement potential but it starts out at 6 Months Contract to Hire per the agency contract. No bonus, benefits adequate by comparison. There is no guarantee to go full time.

advice: asking for more money. currently making around $52k in an entry level position to my team. I know they’re considering me for a new opening coming in Q4, I’ve spoken with both my manager and VP about my career goals. I’m pretty sure that they’d fill this role anywhere in the mid 60s. if I were to get it, that’s a 10k pay bump for me, and I desperately need it. is that normal? I’ve never been in this situation b4 and want to make sure I get paid adequately but I’m young and have 0 insight.

Hi! I have a quick question and could use some advice:

I have 1 job offer that is an hour away and pays 45k, after negotiations (Research Associate Position at a University) .

I have just interviewed for a position closer to home and a base salary of 65k, but haven’t heard back from them in about 2 days (He said he would make a decision by yesterday and I’ve reached out).
I have to decide on the first offer by Thursday but I haven’t heard back from the second yet. Thoughts on next move?

Offered a job in D NL for Sr. Con. But after having 3rd round (final) of interview I was advised to change my domain then again I have to give interviews. Current profile is in SCADA sec. Adviced profile is DLP. I have very much interest in Scada sec. Never had a hands on experience tho. But studied well. DLP is not my cup of tea. Pls suggest if I should send email again to 3rd round interviewer asking to let me take in for SCADA sec role. Or can change later internally if required.

Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team. I’ve been trying vitamin D and working out, but it makes my “highs” and “low” SO extreme. The simplest things are so complex in my mind.
