Three agencies in six years huh? Why? Are you just dissatisfied everywhere?
I'm on my 3rd in less than 5 years. First job I was hit with a retrenchment. Second job I watched the account that was paying my salary fall apart, so I jumped ship just before the wheels fell off, avoiding yet another retrenchment. On my 3rd job now and also moved to an ECD position and you have a problem with that?
Tell them or your recruiter you make 100k and ask for 120k. They'll probably settle for 110-115k. At least that's what happened to me.
Also where you're located is important. I was in NY at the time
I think moving to a new company will give you a much better chance at asking for a larger amount.
I would shoot for $120k and let them lowball you to $110. Or give them a range and they will pick a number in the middle.
All that said, it also matters how your portfolio looks.
Instead of “lowball” pretend I said “talk you down.” Does that help?
Depends geographically where you are. No reason in NYC or LA that you shouldn’t be making around $100K to $110K even.

Ask for 127. Always ask for an odd number.
Thanks, that’s great to know. 🌈
