I’m not sure how to figure out the market rate for my title/experience since it’s a remote co. When I’ve searched, the ranges are all over the place - from 50K and up. Any suggestions?

Also, I interviewed for Cloud native sr. architect. Recruiter came back with 'great feedback' but is now asking me to apply for application architect. It doesn't make any sense to me. Is that normal? It seems there was a goof up from recruiter

Offer eval - 195k base, 12% bonus, 10k signing bonus and no Initial RSUs which seems to be standard (218k tc), eligible for RSU refreshers after first year. I am a compliance analyst with a ton of responsibilities i do have minimal experience 1+year and i am making 55k. I’ve done market research and my positions average salary for no experience is around 58-60k I’ve been here for around 5months now. I made a career pivot into a tech role, but it's a 6-month contract and I had to sacrifice my title. Several weeks in, my supervisors realized I'm capable and even mentioned bumping up my title soon. Hi everyone! It looks like I am very close to an offer letter after great interviews and being requested refferals. The role is QA Analyst with base pay between 60k-65k. My concern is how much can I get out of a really well known non profit organization? I am already planning to negotiate for 70k. Do you think/is is probable to be given a bonus start pay if asked?
