I’m a senior associate. I have a couple white male junior associates who constantly push me to do their stuff and they are very condescending toward me. I’m asian and a foreigner. I wonder if white guys do this to white senior female associates or I’m getting a racial discount here?

Advice- I am new to consulting/Accenture from industry, I have been asked to charge 40/45 hrs a week but I get all my work done in less than 20 hrs. As a Christian I charged the exact hours worked which is 18hrs but my SM is not happy with that. What am I supposed to do? Any one ever have this issue of finishing tasks in less time?

Hot take: being inclusive means accepting everyone's views. Which also means accepting non-acceptance. Christianity, Islam, Judaism, and most major religions don't accept LGBTQ+ as a way of life and that should be okay. I won't treat someone who identifies in that way any differently than anyone else, but I don't have to be an ally or participate in events of the like. The reverse holds true as well. I feel like it's pushed so hard that I'd be treated worse if I hold this view. Prove me wrong!

Talking to Deloitte federal about an opening, but I hear a lot of people here warning to stay away (low pay, not very fast pace). Would it be wise to join Deloitte federal, then try to switch later?

Not asking for a name, just for what you ACTUALLY do lol, your title/rank as a consultant, and which company. Can you all list those if you make $120 K as a consultant? Want to see my other options if this promotion to senior this cycle does not equate to a $120 K salary. For reference, I am making $95 K as a Staff 2 consultant aligned to tech consulting but have been doing mostly change management work.
