I’m a senior software engineer and wondering if it’s best to wait until the economy turns around and there’s more funding back in tech to join smaller/start-up type companies. I’m not really in a rush but looking to have more of an impact coming from a large tech co.

I have been reading posts from newer associates about bad things partners have done or said to them and I think it could be fun for some of us more senior lawyers in the bowl to tell stories of mean things partners did or said to us when we were new associates. Hopefully it stays mostly light and not horrible things.

Anyone not fully out at work finding it harder to avoid the topic? Living with my partner, both WFH, both on calls, sometimes working out or watching TV. Constantly ready to turn off the mic and video on calls.

Hi I have resigned from Wipro. but in Employee separation portal HR name was not mentioned so only managers were notified about my exit.

My exit is confirmed right, I don't want last minute surprises.

I gave in my 2 weeks on Friday last week and I thought that it would make me feel better and calmer but now I’m experiencing more anxiety than ever even though I know I made the right decision by leaving.
