Anybody aware of the marketing corrections in Accenture for level 10? Accenture Interactive
I have already completed 1 year with Accenture and is now eligible for a sub level movement. What is the usual increment given for sub level movement? And what should be the ideal fixed package for level 10.1 ?

Ha, good luck. Maybe Leo Burnett is old school enough that VP makes a big difference. But to me that sounds like the olllllll’ empty placating title bump.
Is anything about your job going to change? Will they give you more responsibilities? Id be surprised if you got a raise at all.
The publicis way, nothing. Some officer benefits. report back and let me know if it’s changed.
Not sure if it’s different for different groups. But what the Starcom person said below... its health/tech allowances $1500 for VP and “parking/transportation” stipend in your paycheck ... does not come with guaranteed bonus
Keep us posted! 25% bump while at the same shop sounds awfully high, but I also have no experience in VP promotions so curious to hear how it goes. We’ll be rooting for you.
In this climate, I would expect them to say +$15k and nothing goes into effect until next wave of raises with timing TBD. Good luck!
I doubt you’ll get that big of a jump within a network tbh. Be prepared to fight your corner though - proof of contributions you’ve made, clients that value you, Effectiveness Awards, potentially even other roles that are offering that increased salary (not as a threat but as supporting evidence). I’d say prepare yourself for more like $20-25k max increase though.
A big network agency recently offered me $175-190 for an EVP strategy role (didn’t take it as I make more as a VP but at my agency that’s a dept head). I would think with director still attached to the end at a place like Leo you are not gonna hit $200,000. I think you should be expecting more like $15-20k for an internal promotion at most.
Agree, I’d cap your expectations at 20%.
Yea hate to be the bearer of bad news, but my VP stripe came with $0 salary increase, officer benefits were the only form of compensation for it... which basically allows you to expense $1500 for health/wellness/tech per year. internal raises in my experience have been 14-15%, certainly not 20-25%
Over 20pc at Pub would be a challenge. Possible, but you’d need a strong case for Corp approval.
Yoe? Is 160k common for a director?
Average is $150k and I always negotiate 10-15% over the average. It hasn’t always worked but I went from $128k as an AD to $160k as a director. I was in the process of leaving when the director had to move due to their spouse job and I was asked to reconsider with the bump in pay and title.
