I'm a TPM early in my career and trying to better understand my career trajectory and options. I think I would excel in a lot of roles (tech-adjacent --> strategy, biz ops, etc), so my primary motivation is to find a product/service that I value and an passionate about, as well as optimize comp to an extent. I could stay on the TPM track a long time as an IC and move to people manager basically at any time (5ish years or more from now). What other disciplines would be good transitions? Product management for sure, but unclear what else. Please also provide any insight on comp for tpm IC vs people mgr vs product vs other options to explore. Thanks!! Been stressing about my career development plan haha. Always welcome mentorship if anyone wants to chat further :)

So I got moved to the art room. The art teacher gave me permission to use her supplies since a he isn't teaching art. So today I used some of the supplies.
