What group
Could be a cool role I think
Honestly, I've heard nothing but positive things about Truist. Especially surrounding their culture and WLB.
It depends, there are easy jobs in charlotte, but most jobs are confusing and drawn out especially with merger related activities still ongoing
The workload could be heavy from time to time. But it is manageable. It will also depend on your role and department. Btw, congrats!
Benefits are similar against other banks. Dedicated sick days, wellness and volunteer floating days, etc.
Medical is subsidized if you complete yearly wellness program (significant cost reduction).
WLB is more than manageable in most roles, above average from what I hear.
Biggest challenge is out of merger still a lot to figure out/learn and growing pains can be tough.
Overall a good place to work.
