What are some things you can negotiate for when accepting a job abroad?

Attending an interview day at Booz next week for SC-Level position in Cyber (federal). Does anyone know what the interview process will be like (1on1 interviews w managers, panel interview, etc)?

How do you encourage someone to be more detail oriented? Like making sure fonts are the same on the same slide, labels on graphs are consistent from slide to slide, doing smart QC checks to catch mistakes with quantitative analyses, etc. Someone I work with just doesn’t see it so I end up having to reformat a lot of their stuff before it goes out so it doesn’t look haphazardly thrown together. I do not have any authority over this person

Worst project hours you’ve ever had? My Dad has worked for a company in California for 20 years, he is still near minimum wage and is still a Cashier/Clerk what can I do to help him get promoted or receive a raise. Has he been discriminated against? I work for the same company for about 2 years I get paid $4 more. He deserves a raise or to become leadership. He works harder than me.
