I’m about to give my two-week notice next week and I’m just slightly worried since my proposed last day at the firm would be the day I’m supposed to receive my bonus for the prior year (oct ‘19 - oct ‘20). I’m just slightly worried that they could do something to try to screw me out of it - even though its for the prior year and I billed out at the highest bonus threshold we have. I was thinking I’d wait at least until my bonus figure was communicated in writing. Anyone disagree w that approaxh?

I manage a team of about 150 remote fe insurance telesales agents, recruit about 25 new agents monthly and am 100% remote. At one time we were paid based on our agents production but now we can only earn on their first month and a half of production. Is this common? Today i received my first month salary and it is only 1.06 lakh.
I am feeling low only as in my previous organisation my CTC was 13.5 lpa and i used to receive 97k including tax.
The CTS has been increased to 10.5 lakh but in-hand is only 9k.
