I think choosing a career is a very personal decision that should be based on what motivates you. At the end of the day, most career paths will cause burnout (especially the high-stress ones) unless it is something that you genuinely enjoy doing.
If you're not 100% all in on law, then I wouldn't follow through. It's grueling and the only way to get through it is to draw from that inner motivation.
No. I love my job more than anything and genuinely feel like I'm doing something worthwhile. But I am often extremely tired, I can't make ends meet without my partner and wouldn't be able to have a family if my partner made less than I do. It's not an easy road, and law is even harder from what I've heard. Only do it if you're sure.
It's normal to feel that way. However, do not let it affect you to the point of not wanting to enroll anymore. Always remember the reason why you want to pursue that career.
