I've recently moved to India from US but now that everything is WFH I'm wondering how to go about making friends!

I’ve noticed recently that my ankles are hurting all the time - and I’m sure WFH and being barefoot almost all the time is part of that. What kind of “house shoes” do you wear, if at all? EDIT: I live in Miami so warm slipper styled shoes probably won’t work.

How do I strategically discuss or negotiate remote work abroad in an interview or when verbally handed the offer?

I am currently interviewing a few of companies. I want to be able to travel (abroad) and work. Time zone isn't an issue, I can work at the same time zone or ensure significant time overlap.

How would you ask for remote work without setting anyone off?

I don't know if my income can handle waiting 4-5 years to move up to management and honestly, I like handling claims. Where is the money at in this because I know alot of people are really making it. Finally, now that WFH is more accepted (thanks 2020), do you think more industries will “reimagine” this arbitrary 40+ hr. work week?

Some orgs tried/have proven to be more productive with less (e.g. 6hr work days, 4 day work weeks) but I don’t know if consulting leaders are enthusiastic about normalizing this since “it’s the land of billable hours”...

We have our agile meetings in US timings.But the thing which annoys me the most is we work in whole day and then we sometimes have to attend the meetings till 9:30 pm IST at night.We are told to login late next day but still my productivity falls after 8:30 pm.I feel that attending these EST meetings is the duty of the onsite lead. My onsite lead expects us to attend those meetings till 9:30 pm.Kindly suggest.What should I be doing
