Hi everyone. I got job offers at both GSK and Astrazeneca in the UK. Both are senior scientist positions. The one at GSK is on method development of biologics and the one in AZ is on formulation development of biologics. The base salary+bonus of AZ is about 15% higher than GSK.

13 yr outside Sales Experience in the B2B space, multiple roles/companies. Current quota is $15MCAD, I usually do not bad in quota but lately has shifted to rewarding medicorciy and "pooling" some numbers countrywide which i really dont like.

Lately I’ve been getting the vibe that my firm just doesn’t really want me there. I haven’t been assigned new cases in a while and I got put on one big one recently, only to be pulled off the next day.
