What's the salary range for a director at the Gilead Sciences foundation? There is a position perfect for me, but I don't want to throw my hat in the ring if starting salary isn't $180-190k. Also, any thoughts on the stability of their philanthropic commitment? There's talk of a recession; I don't want to go private to be cute a few months later.

Any positions in business or consulting?
Any SM around?
Depends on industry. If in tech, you could get more around the 90k mark or so - or more depending on the type of recruiting.
Not a tech focus unfortunately. I have I.T. roles always but I recruit for all roles the company needs to fill.
Would probably need to know more information. What type of vertical are you in? Are you a technical recruiter? If you’re doing technical recruiting, I’d say it’s low.

No bonus makes this sound a tad low, though base in on par with only 3 yes experience in a place like Chicago. I thought the benefit of agency hiring was the bonuses.
It could be better… (salaries can almost always be better unless you negotiated properly up front and your company truly keeps up with market), but it also depends on your skills and what you bring to the company, as far as: management of internal stakeholders, quality and strategy of partnerships, regular recruiting metrics, etc.
Additionally, knowledge of ATS systems. Possibly even HRIS systems. Ability to use different recruiting tools, etc.
