I want to be working for a FDD group

Why not?

Contact your campus recruiter and ask if there are any TAS+ opportunities available. This would be 6 months audit and 6 months FDD with a full-time transfer to FDD after your third busy season (assuming no performance issues).

It is very competitive due to limited positions - you may have better luck going with non Big 4 (GT, RSM, BDO). If you are set on big 4, need to network with the FDD group in your office..can never start too early.

Hello Friends,

Just need some advice
Currently I am working as QA in automation, yoe : 5.10, but I feel being in QA field wont take me long in career, after 8-9 years I dont know what else is left to learn in this specific domain. You start shifting towards non technical side and become managers at early stage in your career.

I am looking for domain change and confused between two:
1)Data engineer (azure)
2)Devops

Which career path would be good to be relevant in IT for long technical career?

I’ve been working as an estate planning attorney in State A for the last 4 years. My husband just got his dream job (very high paying, lots of career opp for him) in State B. We’re still deciding what makes most sense for our family, but we’re leaning toward heading to State B. Anyone have any experience with this - moving states when EP can be so state specific? I’m worried how I’ll market myself/find a new job/start over.

I am researching going out on my own at some point next year. What business entity (LLC, PC, etc.) would you recommend for a solo practitioner? I may want to one day expand, but an not positive. Thank you.

Hi All. Looking for thoughts on vertical expertise and whether it’s just a good sales tool or whether anyone has considered structuring the company in this format because it drives stronger work? I’ve always been fairly anti vertical because I think it stifles ideas and thinking, but you can always have people that specialize that you pull in when having bespoke industry knowledge can help. What do others think? Do clients want this from their partners?
