I’m an L4 MD at Accenture in health industry with 18 YOE and still a few years away from L3. I’m being considered for an executive role in a medium-sized firm focused in health, reporting to C-Suite with much broader responsibilities than my current role, a P&L three times my current sales target and about 40% higher TC. I’m a new fish, college hire. I’m doing 401k selection. My total student debt is 24k. I have no other debt. Rent is minimal, living at home. My 401k acc is with T Rowe Price. How much should I contribute. Suggested is 15% and max is 80%. Also, which is more beneficial long run, Pretax account or Roth (they didn’t clarify whether Roth IRA or traditional) so I’m assuming it’s traditional.
