I’m an L4 MD at Accenture in health industry with 18 YOE and still a few years away from L3. I’m being considered for an executive role in a medium-sized firm focused in health, reporting to C-Suite with much broader responsibilities than my current role, a P&L three times my current sales target and about 40% higher TC. Any advice?

I would take it, this seems like an opportunity to immediately get the type of experience and exposure you would get at the L3 level.

Take it and stay in touch with your current employer in case you decide to boomerang. Maybe even start by consulting PT with them to get a taste if possible before you make the final jump. You could come back a few years later wiser and command even higher TC.

Take it, as long as you like the people at the new firm.

From what you describe…why wouldn’t you take it?
