Has anyone recently done a HR interview at UBS?
I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare. I’ve done the usual compentencies, strengths and weaknesses and company research. But I don’t want to fail at the last hurdle as I really like this company and it would be a dream to work there any support or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
I'm into Salesforce with 6.2yrs of experience working as a Sr. Developer having the current CTC as 14lpa. And got an offer from Mindtree for the same Sr. Developer position(C3- Module Lead), as Lead position requires minimum 7yrs of experience. They offered me a package of 19.2lpa. Is this worthy? Please suggest how much can I expect from them? Also how is the hike cycle in Mindtree ? Mindtree
Hi guys, I got a feeling that big 4 or T2 companies kinda quiet in jakarta as opposed to MBB where they conduct lots of recruiting events (management consulting). Any reason for that particularly or maybe big 4 prefer internal hiring only?

Urgent help needed. My brother has been looking for a job in IT for almost a year and has had no luck. He’s had a rough past and I think it’s hindering him from being selected to interview. For those of you who have emergency savings (generally 3-6 months of expense), do you consider it to be used in case of unexpected and big auto and home repairs or medical emergencies? Or do you save separately for these types of situation?
I feel like I would use all my emergency funds if, for example, my furnace and HVAC unit break down in the same year, so I am leaning towards start saving for those big guys separately...
Leadership advice appreciated. I received an offer from MBB for a role that would take me back 6-8 years in my career. I am senior manager equivalent now with 15+ YOE and the role is for the consultant post MBB level. The pay cut would be $10K. I’m nearly 40. And am afraid of not keeping up as I’m no longer 27-29 like some of my peers would be. My arthritis prevents me from doing excel magic like I used to. What should I do? Feeling bummed. Thanks
Last week i got an email from Accenture stating that I was selected for the HR round. But yesterday i got a call from HR for the technical interview for the same role. I clearly mentioned that i got selected and waiting for the HR discussion but she was saying in the portal it is showing that my proof was not verified and again has to go for the interview.
Do i need to take all my interview process again? Has anyone faced these kinds of issues in Accenture.
Thanks in advance!

New to Fishbowl! I’m a retail pharmacy technician in MO with 12 years experience. No degree, just my State Pharmacy license. Was at $16 per hour until last October and was given $1 raise, so currently at $17 per hour. I feel very underpaid. Looking to move on if I can’t negotiate a better hourly rate. What is the average pay range for someone with similar experience? Also, suggestions for other positions to apply my current skill set?
So, I started watching “Limitless” with Chris Hemsworth. Apparently, he found out he carries both genes for dementia which puts him at a higher risk. So the series is about him changing things in his life for longevity. The third episode is about fasting and he fasts for 4 days until the day he has to hunt for his food. Does anyone in healthcare have thoughts on this type of fasting? I know it is done in some cultures and religions, but to what extent?
