I’d go with Mastercard.
I don’t think consulting is that great at the associate level. If you’re a senior or above it becomes good. I would go elsewhere and then hop in at a better level
Mastercard por favor
Rising Star
MC and then jump to consulting afterwards
I'd go with maser card. The client facing and fin tech niche is more appealing than KPMG imo
Mastercard! Harder to break into that later. Consulting is much easier especially as an experienced hire later if you want to switch.
MC and then jump to consulting. Home grown consultants don't make near as much as industry experienced hires.
Give MC 2-3 years max and bounce. You'll greatly boost your long term earning potential in addition to building some actual chops in industry first to give your consulting profile more credibility
To be clear, I love working here. But when I hear my salary vs similar experienced persons here who were only here, it's a big difference
Mastercard - big4 will always be there if you decide you want to make the jump.
I would say go to KPMG. From my experience it will be easier to go from consulting to industry then industry to consulting. Also your consulting experience will be valued higher then industry experience given that you will work on several clients likely. No the only downside is the hours at KPMG will be worse but if your willing to put the time in it will benefit you in the long run.
Go to Mastercard. The FS data team does really uninteresting work, and a lot of talented people I knew in that group left for that reason.
Mastercard rocks! Great WLB, benefits, people, etc
I’m surprised by everyone saying Mastercard? Why is that? I was interested in KPMG so curious
Probably better hours if I had to guess
In FS data, go with master card
Mastercard is okay 👍
The offer is for Mastercards consulting arm
Mastercard 100%! Amazing work life balance. I almost accepted a McKinsey offer 3 years ago and boy am I overjoyed I didn’t when I see their work lives 😅😅
