Hi all....just checkng if I am at the avg salary band or lesser for my exp. I have 15 yoe in Support and IT operations with 24 LPA package. Can this be considered avg for the yoe. The reason am asking is many companies that i have applied for have a much lesser salary budget? Hi Everyone, I have just received an offer letter from ANSR who is working From NAB(National Australia Bank). As per interview they said once their payroll team hired all ANSR employees will transfer to NAB payroll.Does anyone have received the same is it correct process. Your career center should have a resume review service or you can ask your academic advisor to review it. They will have hundreds of examples of successful resumes. I’ve never paid for a resume review.
Just no… dude buck up write your own resume. Take it to your career center and have them review it.

No. Resume reviews and honestly even case coaches are only useful if you yourself cannot find people to help you. I found a solid group of fellow interviewees to work with, and while it was partially blind leading blind, we all ended up where we wanted to be (MBB, top-tier boutiques)

I did it. It helped me land interviews every where I applied. But it can be pricey.

KPMG reached out to me I never applied. So I did not overkill my resume to get in. I just gave them what I had.

My career center gave very bad advice, they told me my resume was perfect so I didn't make any changes until it got reviewed by consultants and I got told otherwise. But you guys give very good feedback I appreciate it
