Also have an offer for a “Senior Analyst” role @major TMT company (Bird, Spotify, Apple, Snap, etc.). I’d like to go to H/S/W for MBA in 2 years. Pay aside, what increases my shot? Most prestigious down the line?

Hi all, I need advice on which organisation I should consider joining. My NP is ending on 12th Dec. I'm a Java dev (5 yoe relevant, 6 yoe total). Ericsson (12 fixed + 65k var, OL received) , Capgemini (14 fixed, Offer letter pending) , Tech Mahindra (15 ctc, Offer letter pending)

I got interviewed at KPMG and got positive feedback. I am offered consultant position and was asked to share my documents with expected salary. It has been 3 days now and no has called me negotiation any further. Is it normal that it may take this much time or is it possible they can close the position internally without giving me an offer letter?

Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting. I work on a consulting team at a large software company. I’m a job hopper, around 2 years each at my first and second jobs and a little over a year at this job. I recently found out they’re shutting my team down. We’re not fired, but they’re transferring us to the core implementation team, which has a horrible reputation for malignancy, overworking, and isn’t at all what I was hired to do. How hard is it going to be to for me to find a new job? Should I just stay and try things out? What next?

Left McKinsey for a Fintech corporate last year. Really disappointed to see bonuses given out (cash is equivalent to half month salary, equity vested over 5 yes also not great) after getting the 5/5 rating and business doing well overall. Doubting my decision to come to industry. Is this the norm? Feels really low as historically variable has been a big enough component for me to pay down loans/invest.
