You could consider a carb supplement if you're not processing normal carbs easily. Alternatively it can't hurt to try to increase fat and decrease carbs and see how you do.
When you say you hit a plateau, what do you mean? No PBs? Weight/fat?
Have you tried a deload week?
Honestly it might not be a bad idea to do a few weeks of higher calorie recomp (use that time to push heavy weight) and then go back to the cut. And like I said, confirm that the calories you're consuming really are that.
I read these numbers as if they were you measurements and not your macros. I was like, hmm these proportions do not seem natural.
Could be you need more carbs even. Try it for two weeks. If your body has changed and your more lean, I can see you needing more carbs as number 1 fuel source is carbs 2nd is ketones.
Agree with EY1. Apples, pear, carrots, etc are good carb fuel sources
How are you consistently hitting 40% protein? I’m really struggling to eat .8/lb and on average closer to .5/lb as 185lb male

All meals have a carb source. I usually do a cup full of veggies in my morning and evening shake. Veggies during the day are hit or miss (ya I know).
- protein waffles w/ eggs
- protein bar is quest
- either do mixture of quinoa, brown rice, whole wheat wraps, or potatoes for carb
