Hi! So I’ve just received an offer for a product owner role at Revolut, to be based in Berlin. I’ve heard about the toxic culture there, and that is something I’m hesitating about. Any opinions, positive and negative?

I referred someone for a role at my previous company. I left about one month after that person started and had made sure to check with HR I’d still be eligible for the referral fee before I left. 2 months later, still no referral fee, so emailed them and they’re now saying “oops our bad but you’ve left the company so you’re not eligible” even though I have written confirmation of them saying “leaving the company won’t affect you receiving the referral fee”. So my Q, what can I do?!

I applied to a position about a month ago & the recruiter says that they’re going to a diff direction at that time and will reach out to me once another same position opens up again. However, I saw the same job posting just now. Does that mean I’m out of the recruiter’s vicinity? Should I even bother reaching out?

I am a skilled nursing facility biller and collector for Medicare & Insurance, my job can absolutely be remote but the company I work for refuses to allow employees to work remotely. I’ve been with this company for 10 years and am looking elsewhere to find the same position but remote so I can move out of state. I believe I am depressed and my therapist told me that I am showing signs of depression. I worked very hard to get my current job in July 2021 and currently, I am not liking what I do for work. I also had a hard break up in May 2021. From May - July 2021 I developed eating disorders and I hardly ate one meal a day. Right now, I am on the other extreme. I eat a lot, crave junk food and I don't exercise. As soon as I get done with work at 5, I start binge watching movies/series. Cont.
