Hi! Feeling stagnant is common at startups after a promotion. Try talking to your manager about how you can continue growing and developing. If that's not possible, consider exploring other opportunities that align better with your goals.
This is true, you have a lot of growth and then it just kind of stops. I would suggest either taking on some more work to grow or looking for another job.
