I started out as an executive assistant and last year I created a path for myself for communications. Almost a year into the role, a new manager was brought on, to my surprise. 2020 college grad with a degree in organizational dynamics, alongside that I have my Google project management cert (still in progress).

So lately I have been applying for roles: junior business analyst/ project assistant/ project management entry/ project coordinator and have been hit with all rejections. It sucks but i must press on.

Now my question is, how the hell do i break into the work space?

I am selected company and got 1st offer in hand. I feel company selected good candidates like me for same position but they offered me it means I expected less salary compare to other peers.

Why I feel so ? -> HR mentioned we will release offer in week but they taken almost month and release offer to me.

I feel min 10% I can renogotiate with other counter offer.

How much to renogotiate with 1st company in last 1/2 week of last working day ?
