We have a very good working relationship. Never denied vacation time. Full health benefits paid by the company. I get to travel to conferences in Vegas and Atlanta. I currently make 75k in Arkansas. Im fiercely loyal.

Just few months back you hired freshers and now offer letter is revoked. This is a cycle, When there is excess demand, candidate do the same and when the demand subsides employers does it to candidate. So there is no point in crying when employees give it back to you!

Has anyone dealt with a lack of praise from attorneys? I'm not someone who needs to hear "good job" all the time, but we just got a huge deal closed that I worked really hard on and had a lot of overtime.
