How long does it usually take to hear back about an EY TAS interview? Interviewed last Monday night and sent the interviewer a thank you Tuesday. He said the talent team will be in touch shortly. I do know it was a holiday weekend though.
Have anyone defined metrics that help identify Sales to Professional Services handoff? Reason for it is we have been identifying a lot of SOWs different from customer expectations.

Toppers Jewelers is currently having 10% off preowned watches. Not sure how often they do this but pretty good deals considering free shipping and no out-of-state tax. Just purchased a near-new Tudor BB GMT for $3600 total. Happy hunting!

I'm a nurse manager for a large hospital with 10 YOE in nursing, but I'm starting to second guess my decision to go into leadership. Has anyone else left nurse management and pivoted to NP? I'm not crazy about the idea of going back to school for a third degree, but at the same time I'm turning 55 and I'm ready to leave the high-stress hospital setting for a nice small outpatient office. I'm considering focusing on Psychiatry. Thoughts?

So, I started watching “Limitless” with Chris Hemsworth. Apparently, he found out he carries both genes for dementia which puts him at a higher risk. So the series is about him changing things in his life for longevity. The third episode is about fasting and he fasts for 4 days until the day he has to hunt for his food. Does anyone in healthcare have thoughts on this type of fasting? I know it is done in some cultures and religions, but to what extent?
Does anyone have any input on how I can utilize my Behaviour Sciences diploma , while studying for BA in Forensic Psychology ? I feel that just the Instruction Therapist position limits my abilities and cannot reflect my potential.. any thoughts?
I’ve been tasked with vetting American Sign Language Interpretation Services for ‘in-person’ visits for my company. We have a service that meets our virtual appt needs, but not in-person.
Since state laws regarding in-person ASL interpretation vary from state to state, please share your state if you have a recommendation. I am in Pennsylvania.

Hi all! New to fishbowl and looking for some advice! I currently have 2 bachelors degrees and a Masters in Health Sciences. I have 7 years of inpatient healthcare experience and have started as a Data coordinator in solid tumor cancer research about 3 months ago. I get paid around $20/hr and am highly overqualified for basic data entry. However through out this process I’ve realized I love the science of what I do and want to possibly be a clinical scientist. Path/job suggestions?
has anyone heard of panoramic health? applying for a job there and I just want to know what the work culture there is like.
What are some possibilities for an Occupational Therapist to go more towards non-clinical?
Hello, patient services representative here. I had moved hospital patient registration to the clinic so I can get benefits. I took a $6 dollar pay cut although I do work from home. I’m pretty knowledgeable on insurance and have a good understanding of how things work. I get paid about $21/hr and it’s just not enough money. I making ends meet working 80 hours a week. Im currently going to school full time and would like some input on what I should do.
Has anyone negotiated pay at a hospital or company that states they have different levels/tiers of fixed pay for so-and-so profession and can’t budge? I’ve worked in other fields prior to healthcare and have a hard time believing every (pick profession like PT) gets paid exactly (pick random number like $72,345). I’m skeptical because it sounds like “we have levels/tiers of fixed pay and can’t budge” is just an excuse to shut down negotiation right away. Can anyone share their experience?
I am going to be starting a job working in an academic laboratory at a school in Western NY as a lab tech, and was offered 32k salary. I have a BS in Med lab science and have been working in clinical research for the past three years since school. Negotiating them to go higher has not been very successful so I’m hoping to get a sense whether this is a fair salary for my experience? I’ll be cutting my salary more than in half from my job in clinal research but trying to get into PhD program.
How can someone transition from a pharmacy tech to another career in healthcare technology ? I feel like I’m unmarketable because the first thing employers see is “pharmacy tech”. Meanwhile I’m in school for masters of public health.
How many times do you allow a potential employer to reschedule an interview before you move on? Had a interview scheduled for today and they canceled and rescheduled this morning.
I’m currently an ultrasound technologist with a bachelors in health science. I really want to advance in my career but I know ultrasound doesn’t have many offers. I though about becoming a radiology director and getting my masters in healthcare management. Thoughts ?
