I’m considering a role at Chevron in their in-house agency. My background is 8 years on the agency side and then I’ve done the big tech thing (Apple, LinkedIn, Amazon) for 6.5 years and worked as Director of Marketing for 2 startups. I had a hiring manager at JPM reach out for a Commercial PM role (VP role that’s almost exact same role as my current role). Recently used a couple outside offers to get my firm to raise base comp to 130k+20k bonus.

Reasonable to expect JPM to pay 20% more than that or am I at the top of the expected range for a Commercial PM? 6 YOE

TCS HR sent me salary Structure 2 Month back and said will be sharing offer letter Next week. Since then , They are sharing only last week Again came and took screen shot again and now not picking call. It's Been more than 3 Month and they say we are working on your offer letter.

How do you make your tradeshow booths inviting and interesting on a shoestring budget? We have a nice, nothing out of the norm, backdrop, our set up is properly branded.

Swag is hard to justify budget for, so we have pens and cool telescopic flashlights we give to people who fit our ideal customer profile or at least have a meaningful interaction with us.

Lastly, I bring Moonpies ... they seem to be different enough from what everyone else offers.
