Larsen & Toubro Infotech Can I demand for an US based project with the organization before I join? I will be getting my US L2 Dependent Visa in a few months time. I basically want to work in offshore until that time and then be positioned in the on-site role once I travel. Larsen & Toubro Infotech

Hey congrats on your amazing run so far! I can't really provide insight into your question but I'll leave this comment to hopefully get your post some traction :)
Your background is very relevant for the role at Chevron. The agency side gives you a good understanding of how to develop campaigns and the tech side gives you an understanding of how to implement them. I don't have any personal experience with Chevron, so I can't speak to the culture or other specifics. However, I would assume that it is a very established company with solid processes in place. The workload and pay range may be more conservative than what you are used to, but it also comes with stability and benefits. Overall, it seems like it would be a good move.
Hey OP - I’m not in that line of work but have worked with our in-house staff on a project or two. Most I’ve worked with have been good, and the teams I’ve been on have genuinely been enjoyable.
Would say that Apple and Amazon may actually be more of a behemoth in terms of staff sizes and overall employee count than Chevron at this point. But, would agree with other commenters that it’s a relatively consistent place with a positive company culture.
If Chevron noticed you for a position, it is because they assume that your work habits are compatible with their work culture, this is because they notice who you have worked with before. Chevron is very demanding but has good payment ranges, it is a very competitive company in all aspects.
Awesome, thanks for sharing! I appreciate it! I’m more worried about being used to such past paced environments and this one seems to move much slower - from what I’ve observed and heard from the interview panel so far.
