2-3 weeks is reasonable
Agreed - with industry knowledge, it can sometimes actually hurt you. If you learn what they tell you, you don’t bring personal bias into the answering of the questions. I did it in a week, less than a month is absolutely do-able.
Let them study and practice test full time for 4 weeks. Should be no problem...
3 weeks.
Why would your hire be ‘required’ to have a 65?
I did it in 3 weeks
Depends on their schedule. When I took it a little over a year ago, I was in school full time, working 25 hours a week, and trying to study for the 65. It absolutely CAN be done in a month or less, but its probably reasonable to give more time.
I was a 3.96 student through college (business) and had a good background on the industry, but no experience. I found the test challenging, but I passed first time. My buddy who was also a great student (accounting) studied longer than I did and failed his first time. Everyone's different.
