I’m considering joining what I think is a promising startup applying machine learning to health plan operations. They already have 3 multi year deals signed with a national plan (payment integrity, provider data, and Medicare RAF scoring), outside of established players (Optum/Cotiviti) and some newer startups (Cogitativo), I don’t see much competition and it looks pretty promising, anyone know of other competitors or if I’m missing something? Seems pretty wide open to me.

I ordered a Tesla model 3 SR in April and I am able to take delivery this weekend, however I’m now unsure of whether it’s the right move financially. I have a lease on a 2020 BMW X3 that will end next month and was wondering if I should just buy that out and drive it for a few years. I just browsed through this bowl and it seems I've replied to the HR's mail with an expected CTC way lower than the market trend.
YOE - 9.1
Stack - IT/Network
Current - 7.5LPA
Expected - 18LPA (mentioned this in my reply to their mail along with all the docs).
Should I've asked for more? Or will my current CTC hold me back? Should I drop another mail?

Blah blah covid… blah blah unemployment, then new job, then unemployment. Fast forward. I got contracted short-term for a tier 1 ERP conversion and implementation project, pulling/re-mapping/tying out loads of GL data for import. The VP I work for is baller but… My head is swimming with legacy accounting systems, entities, formulas, ERP lingo, 5000 VPNs, and all new remote co-workers. It’s terrifying to be so unsure of your capabilities and I fear for myself and this undertaking.

I did not get a full time offer from my internship this past summer at a top consulting firm they told me on the second to last day.
