I’m considering leaving my current agency after 2.5-3 months ti go back to work for my previous boss…is this ok? Will everyone hate me?

So I think I definitely have a crush on a manager in my group. We don’t work together but we’re good friends at work. Hes newly single out of a serious relationship so I’m hesitant about that.

So embarrassed. I literally had one job to do today which was to schedule a client and give and take her paperwork when she came in. Totally called her by the wrong name today AND gave her the wrong paperwork. She was really nice about it but I feel like my boss was disappointed and I'm disappointed in myself. I don't want her to think I won't be able to keep clients straight when I start doing supervised sessions.

What do you do if you have a staff that is not well versed in English? I have to retype/reword all of their documentation and is very inefficient.

Do managers tend to make a scene while you put your papers?

Most of these disputes are so petty and almost every case is about making up makeshift reasons for what would otherwise be wrongful termination.

You see people being fired where the actual reason is for instance hooking up with the CEO’s young female crush, or speaking up about issues in the workplace.

My current role is a Business Analyst. I am very comfortable interacting with people and also Ambiguity.
