I got an offer from Infosys and the joining date was 12th December, I drop my resignation to my current employer based on the offer date and my LWD is 2nd December. But Infosys has delayed it by 20 days and revised it on 2nd January also they have sent me a addendum with new joining date. Now I am little anxious if it is due to the recession that has hit Indian market or if they again delay the joining. Please suggest do I need to withdraw my resignation or stick to Infosys offer.Infosys

Agency-side vs brand-side
Which is better and why?
I was in the same situation at one point. Sometimes you find yourself in an unworkable situation and it’s best to leave for your sanity. It will be awkward but it can be the best move. And in the near future it will all be just water under the bridge. Don’t stress any more about it. I’m sure you’ve been distressed enough about it. Good luck!
Better now than a year from now. And I mean better for everyone, not just you.
Also who cares if they hate you. Sometimes new jobs don’t work out and that’s ok. You don’t even need to include it on your résumé.
Are you sure you want to go back to your old role? What’s drawing you back there?
What about looking for something else entirely that’s a better fit?
Ok that’s fair. Just make sure it’s what you want and not just because it was familiar and comfortable. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
Need way more context before deciding whether this is a smart or rash move. Why are you leaving? What are you going back to? Why did you leave your first job in the first place? How big/small/credible are both agencies and which clients/experience are you choosing between? Etc etc
So when you left your last agency, were you convinced at the time that this new current one would provide better experience? What led you to believe that the current one would be better than the opportunities you had at your last one? Just need to make sure that you have a fair and reasonable story to tell when you will eventually have to take someone through your work history in the future
Do it! It’s your career at the end of the day
