I’m considering making a huge career change from litigation paralegal to legal operations. I have no experience in legal operations per se however, I have 12 years as a customer service manager, and trainer, as well as 17 years as a Litigation Paralegal. I love being a litigation paralegal, but I’ve always enjoyed being on the operations side in customer service specifically working for corporations, like Sprint, PCS, and managing up to 43 customer service representatives. Thoughts please?!
If you like it, I love it.
I’m wanting to make the switch, too! I’ve started following a lot of legal Ops professionals on LinkedIn and CLOC to start getting my feet wet and networking.
Interesting, you’re are the second person in 2 weeks that’s recommended that gave me that same advice. I’m on it! Thanks for sharing!
