I’m considering moving from agency/freelance to a brand-side job but I’m concerned about a) a lack of variety in the work and b) having to become more of a suit than a creative. Are these valid concerns? Are there any things I should be looking for or looking out for when looking for roles?

The product was not ready to really hire and mentor someone with entry level experience, and due to that my role has been eliminated with my las day being May 6th. I am on STEM OPT, and have limited time to work with, but I am currently looking for opportunities within data, product and support, and would appreciate any help or advice.

I have decided to move on from startups and pursue role in established companies as I would love stability and job security.

Quit my job at Victoria’s Secret about a week before the Hulu doc came out connecting Les Wexler with Epstein. I watched the whole thing and I’m furious I worked for them. When I was hired there, I was under the impression things were really turning around and going to be positive. There was a total lack of culture and employees are treated awful. One issue for CDs going in-house is brands not knowing where to comp them. Director level is just above Manager. Limited base, influence, bonus—nowhere near VP. Agencies hand out VP titles like candy.
