Brits:
„I‘ll have a look at this later“ = Go away

In a related vein, the expression I’m most amused by is “crack on” 🤣🤣🤣
Iranians (also a generalization) will volunteer themselves for things with the expectation that you will talk them out of it. I've had several miffed people after agreeing to their "I can do that if you want" 😁
I took an international business class that taught us it is considered somewhat rude in India to say no. According to the book, people will say yes there to avoid rudeness. This is generalization of a very large group of people though.
Agreed, generalisations about cultures are a blunt instrument. At the very least it reminds one to be aware of one's assumptions of communication.
