Okay that makes more sense. Your original post read as you had 6 years of experience and were making 147. Either way I think your salary is still good/great. Assuming you get promoted to manager soon, you’d be in the 155-170 range for M1, which is great.
I was experienced hire coming in from Accenture with 6 yrs experience. No MBA.
Top MBA’s come in at 150 base
Accenture 6 yrs out of undergrad and now Deloitte 3 yrs
That's very high! Were you an experienced hire? or grew up in the firm? If experienced how many years? I know managers pulling less.

That’s very very high for a non mba SC. When did you join Op? This seems to be the case of Deloitte overpaying experienced hires. I’d be really happy with that number since mba hires come in at $135

Makes sense. Great salary. Ms usually in 130-170 range
