Due to inflation at its highest rate since 1982, I feel that I am not being paid enough. I can’t afford things on a day to day basis and I think I can make the same amount of money in gig jobs for cash downtown. During the Trump administration I was doing just fine financially - now it costs me so much just to get to work. Is it appropriate to have an inflation conversation with my bosses or should I just pick up shifts as a bartender at night - I need to make about 600 more a month to make it.

First trimester. I can only eat only meal a day and some light snacks. And all I feel like eating is carbs and fizzy drinks; french fries, chips, fried chicken, bread, nuts and some fruits. I know this is really unhealthy but how do I bring myself to have proteins and greens.
PS: I do get nausea and constipation but I never vomit. Just don’t feel like eating anything.

Our Digital marketing team is very small: Myself and the Digital Manager. I’m starting to feel that my manager is handing off projects that should be his responsibility and are projects that he doesn’t want/know how to do.
