Only worry about the things you can control. Give notice if possible. Stay respectful and grateful for the opportunity, but firm in your decision to exit. Do your best to maintain positive relationships at your current employer. If they walk you out, they will pay your two weeks.

I left a big 4 (Deloitte) and was not walked out.
You don't typically get walked out upon resignation - how would they transition your duties?
I have only seen walkouts at Big 4 when there was some form of resentment of animosity towards the person resigning. If you don't have any lingering conflict with your leadership you should be fine.
Forgot to add but I think this is obvious: another scenario was when there was a conflict of interest or independence issue.
