ZS Associates Hello folks, I am a permanent employee of Persistent. I am deputed at the client side. My client is an ZS associate. Recently I have resigned from persistent. But ZS is very happy with my work. They don't want me to go. My ZS manager has asked the persis manager to retain me OR remove the cooling period clause, ZS is ready to hire me as a permanent employee. I will be very happy is ZS takes me as Permanent employee. Fair point. I've received minimal guidance, but sometimes basic QAQC from a second pair of eyes is necessary before sending something to a client. In the past month one or two basic editing mistakes have slipped through. I obviously bear the blame but should that really be 100% on me?
Send it to a friend at the firm.... I get it, but they are a SM, they have a lot going on.
The reality is, as a SM, I’m counting on you to do the work and ask me about hard things. That’s what the people above me ask of me
Yeah if I work directly with a consultant I expect them to get it right themselves. If I have to do detailed content review it’s not a sign of trust. If you do need input on something flag that thing but you’re accountable for the deliverable
